I was surprised that the cryo spray used did not have more of a focusing tool so that less skin was exposed to it. I was not briefed on what to do afterwards and while the skin tags did come off I was in great pain. The areas where they came off the skin looked like there was pus and I decided to self treat by cleaning the area and putting neosporin on them. I have had prior issues with treatment but did not get a survey then.

I was not feeling well and sent an email to Dr. Mooney's office via My Chart with my concerns. Riley emailed me back right and got an appointment set up with Erin the next day. Just left the office and Erin had me have blood work done & also set up an appointment with a cardiologist for next week. Erin went over my ECG with me in the office and let me know what things could be causing my heart rate drop so that it why she ordered blood work along with getting me into see a cardiologist next week. Erin is very thorough and I could tell from our conversation she had been in consultation with Dr. Mooney on what course of action we should take to diagnose my issue. Very happy with care I have been given.
