She was straight and forward to the point. When I had a question she gave me answers and even solutions that could help me. She was very attentive, sweet and calming. Normally I go to a drs appt and I’m nervous and anxious the whole time. But she had a way of calming my nerves and talking to me like a normal person yet like a patient all at the same time!
