She consistently made me feel seen, heard, and respected in my choices, which is all a patient would want in an uncomfortable situation. Dr. Tsai was wonderful as well. He is kind, caring, attentive and took the time to explain every step of the way. They both answered my questions, eliminated my fears and built my trust in the process. In a world where people are quick to share their bad experiences I want to share my positive experience with both Dr. Tsai and Shannon.
He appears to have my concerns as top priority, and is NOT “selling” an expensive surgery (like some doctors)
