Franciscan Health Outpatient Therapy Frankfort, a department of Franciscan Health Olympia Fields, offers a comprehensive Physical Therapy Program focused on rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. You will receive one-on-one hands-on care that will assess your range of motion/mobility, strength, gait, balance and overall impairments that may have affected your functional activities. Most major insurance plans, including Illinois Medicaid, are accepted.

PT/OT Direct Access
No physician referral is needed for outpatient physical (PT) and occupational (OT) therapy.
The States of Indiana and Illinois have direct access to both physical and occupational therapy services. Direct access allows patients to seek and receive examination and treatment from a licensed physical or occupational therapist without a prescription or a referral from a physician.
Direct access to PT and OT services is widely accepted by most insurance plans. You are encouraged to contact your insurance provider to determine if you need a referral for therapy in terms of insurance coverage.
