The Franciscan Health Center for Rehabilitation in Olympia Fields is dedicated to providing quality rehabilitation services in a patient-centered environment. Our comprehensive goal oriented interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses and therapists compassionately work together to help our patients reach their highest potential and achieve their goals.
Our professional team assists our patients in achieving their maximum functional independence through a coordinated and interdisciplinary approach to intensive inpatient rehabilitation. Services are delivered through patient and family-focused activities to support a holistic approach through mind, body and spirit.
Inpatient rehabilitation is designed to maximize a patient's physical function after stroke, trauma, injury and prolonged hospitalizations. We want patients to be able to perform everyday tasks to the best of their ability before going home.

Certified Rehabilitation Professionals
Our staff includes board-certified physiatrists who specialize in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Patients are also treated by certified, registered rehabilitation nurses and certified stroke rehabilitation specialists and therapists. Each patient has access to additional specialists based upon their individual needs. Our rehabilitation gym offers the most up-to-date equipment for treatment including Aretech ZeroG Gait and Balance System and the RKB Neurosensorimotor Integrator.
